This project was used as a location in the Academy Award-nominated movie (and winner of The Palm d'Or at The Cannes Film Festival) "The Tree of Life," which was directed by Terrence Malick. The project was a remodel of a home that was built in 1969; the original architect was involved in the remodel. Our goal for the landscape was to integrate the home,s interior (including limestone flooring) into the landscape.
